For sleep & recovery
Slept well? Your habit already knows.
In the morning you don’t want to type in how long you slept. habmate reads the night’s hours from Apple Health, and your “7 hours of sleep” habit is either done or it isn’t.
habmate doesn’t measure your sleep itself. The data comes from your watch or iPhone through Apple Health.

A week of sleep
By morning, habmate knows how long you slept.
Five nights wearing a watch.
- Mon 7:10 AM
The first check without a tap.
When you open the app, habmate pulls the night from Apple Health. It counts time asleep, not time in bed.

- Wed 7:05 AM
Six hours twenty.
Last night falls short of your goal, so the habit stays open. Habit Health dips a little, and your Mastering days stay put.

- Fri 9:00 PM
A question for the coach.
You ask why the week felt so heavy. The coach sees your last seven nights and your resting heart rate trend, and answers with what it finds there.

Your apps
Sleep as a habit, recovery as a conversation.
You don’t need a separate sleep app. habmate reads what your devices already record.
Principle · You never log anything twice
What your watch measures, you don’t copy by hand.
Sleep, steps and weight from Apple Health check off the matching habits on their own.

Questions about sleep.
habmate supports habits around sleep and isn’t a substitute for medical advice. If you have trouble sleeping, see a doctor.
Is habmate a sleep analysis app?
No. habmate compares the hours Apple Health reports for a night with your goal. It doesn’t rate sleep stages or give medical advice.
Do I have to wear a watch at night?
You need something that writes sleep to Apple Health. That can be an Apple Watch or another app on your iPhone.
Can the coach see my sleep without my say-so?
The coach only answers once you’ve switched it on. Switch it off and your conversations, drafts and notes are deleted.
For anyone who takes sleep seriously without wanting to keep a sleep diary.
