For runners
Every kilometer counts.
Run with your watch, with your iPhone in your pocket, or with nothing and type it in afterward. The run lands in your week, and your running habit in habmate is checked off.
People on the waitlist get habmate Run first.

A running day
Run without keeping the books afterward.
A Thursday with a run before work. You barely type a thing.
- 6:40 AM
The watch is enough.
You start the run on your Apple Watch and leave the iPhone at home. The Digital Crown flips between pace screens, and auto-pause stops the clock at a red light.
- Run
- 7:25 AM
The check is already there.
By the time you’re in the shower, habmate has counted the run. Your “Run 3× a week” habit is at two of three, and you never opened the app.
- habmate
- 9:10 PM
A look at the week.
In the evening you see the week’s kilometers as bars, and in the run detail the splits and heart rate zones from this morning.

Where your runs come from
Run with whatever you like.
You don’t have to change how you run. habmate Run collects what you already record and puts it into one week.
Distance, time and pace for each run, counted in your time zone.
- iPhone and Apple WatchRecorded with GPS and a map, and on the watch without an iPhone at all.
- Apple HealthRuns another app saves there come in when you open habmate Run.
- StravaA second route that syncs every night. The app spots duplicates.
- By handType in distance and time and the pace is calculated for you. It takes about twenty seconds.
What you record in habmate Run also goes to Apple Health. Connecting Strava with a sign-in button is coming soon.
Your apps
Three apps around your run.
Everything you need for running is in habmate Run. The other two turn single runs into a habit and a plan.
- habmate RunRecords runs, lets you add them by hand, counts your week and keeps your bests for 5K, 10K and half marathon.
- habmateKeeps your running habit on your schedule, say three times a week, and counts it toward your daily ring.
- CoachDrafts your next running week if you ask. You decide whether to accept it.
If you want a plan
A week that doesn’t grow too fast.
You don’t have to build the plan yourself. Turn on the coach and it drafts your next running week. You accept it or you don’t.
10 percent more, at most
A plan grows by 10 percent a week at most. The limit is built into the plan.
Target pace for every session
Each planned session has its target pace, and after the run a traffic light shows whether it was met, partly met or is still open.
It counts once you accept it
The coach doesn’t enter anything itself. The week is in your plan only after you accept the draft.
Principle · You never log anything twice
After the run, the habit is already checked off.
Any run that reaches habmate Run checks off your running habit, no matter how it got there.

What runners ask.
Question not here? On the waitlist you’re the first to hear when you can start.
Do I have to start every run in habmate Run?
No. Runs from Apple Health and Strava come in on their own, and older ones you can bring in as a GPX file. If the same run arrives two ways, it counts once.
Do I need my iPhone while running?
Not if you have an Apple Watch. The habmate Run watch app records the run by itself, with pace, heart rate zones and auto-pause.
Which personal bests does the app keep?
Your fastest 5K, 10K and half marathon, plus your longest run and your biggest week. There’s no separate marathon best yet.
For everyone who thinks of their week in kilometers.
Be there from the start.
We’ll get in touch as soon as you can start. The apps aren’t in the stores yet.
Next we’ll ask for your name and consent. You’re only on the list after you click the link in our confirmation email.
