    Foods and recipes with calculated nutrition, barcode scanning with a verdict from fixed rules, a daily target based on weight and training. Live today in habmate Nutrition.

  • Cardio

    Runs and rides with distance, time and pace, weekly volume and personal bests, from Apple Health, Strava or GPX. Live today in habmate Run.

Consent first

Your brand sees whether its app gets used.

A person only connects their habmate account to your brand with their consent. Your brand then sees whether its app is being used. Habits, scores and health data stay with the person.

What your brand sees

  • That its app is being used, once the person has given consent.
  • Only fields from a fixed list, named in advance.

What your brand never sees

  • Habits and checkmarks.
  • Scores like Habit Health.
  • Health data like weight, sleep or heart rate.
  • Individual workouts, meals and runs.

Only whether its app is being used, and only after the person consents. Habits, scores like Habit Health and health data stay with them.
