Early access
A little better every day.
Separate apps for habits, lifting, running, food and learning, with one account. Log a workout in Gym and the matching habit in habmate is already checked off.
For iPhone, Apple Watch and the web. Not in the App Store yet. Join the list and we’ll tell you when it opens.
Getting better happens on an ordinary Tuesday. And the Tuesday after that.
Why it usually falls apart
- Too many apps
Your workout lives in one app, your habit in another.
So you log everything twice, until one day you stop.
- One app for everything
It does everything, and logging a set still takes a minute.
Habits get buried under features you never open, and the screen is never quiet.
- habmate
Small apps that tell each other what you did.
Gym for lifting, Run for running, Nutrition for food, habmate for your day. Finish a run and your running habit in habmate is checked off before you open it.
One day, one ring
You train. habmate does the checking off.
Nothing gets logged twice. A workout, a run, a scan, or sleep, steps and weight from Apple Health check off the matching habit. Here’s how that looks over one day.
- 01
You log your workout.
In habmate Gym each set is one row. When you finish, you see which habit the session just checked off.
- 02
The habit is already done.
Open habmate and the check is there, with a line saying where it came from. Runs, scans and Apple Health data work the same way.
- 03
The ring closes.
Everything for today is done and your ring turns green. That’s a Perfect Day.
The apps
Pick the apps for what you’re working on.
Each app does one thing well. You sign up once and add the others when you need them. On the web, the menu behind the logo switches between them.

habmate
Habits on your schedule.
Give each habit its own schedule, run routines with a timer, and count liters, pages or minutes toward a goal. On iPhone, Apple Watch and the web.
Rest days don’t count against you
Set weekdays, a number of times per week, every few days or daily. habmate only counts the days a habit is due, so a planned day off is never a miss.
Press play on a routine
Your routine runs step by step with a timer, and each step checks off as you finish it.
Amounts and minutes
Liters, pages or minutes add up toward your goal. The check appears when you reach it.
Streaks with milestones
A streak follows your schedule. Milestones at 7, 30 and 100 due days.
On your wrist
Today’s ring, routines, habits and tasks. Turn the Digital Crown to log amounts.
Also included
Year grid
Every habit as a year of small squares, so you can see what held up for months.
Weekly review
Your week at a glance, with a story image to share.
Widgets and complications
Today’s progress on your Home Screen and your watch face.
Keyboard on the web

What a missed day costs

Every run shows up in the feed
Runs appear as cards, photos count as proof, and everyone reacts from a fixed set of reactions. You can set any photo to “only me”.
- 02
You decide what counts
A check, an amount, a duration, a photo, a logged run or a workout. Points only exist inside the challenge.
- 03
Template or your own rules
Start from a template or build the challenge yourself in the editor.
- 04
Nobody gets left behind
A reminder in the evening, a message when everyone but you is done, and a nudge from your friends.
Coach
A coach that sees your whole week.
It’s the same coach in habmate, Gym, Run and Nutrition, and it knows which app you’re asking from. It can draft a running week, a program, a habit or your whole week. You decide what sticks.
- habmate
- Gym
- Run
- Nutrition
Only if you want it
The coach doesn’t answer until you’ve given consent. Turn it off and your conversation, drafts and notes are deleted.
It never writes on its own
A draft only becomes your plan when you accept it. The coach never adds anything to your workouts, runs or meals.
No hidden memory
The coach only keeps a note after you confirm it.
Built-in brakes
Running plans grow by 10 percent a week at most, with a taper before race day.
The coach doesn’t diagnose anything and isn’t a substitute for medical advice.
Keep going
A missed day doesn’t erase the other 29.
habmate counts every green day, in a row or not, all the way to 365.
- 50 · 100 · 365
Mastering in three levels
It counts your green days. A gap never resets a level.
- 7 · 30 · 90
Habit Health from 0 to 100
Weighted over 7, 30 and 90 days, using only the days the habit was due. After 7 days you see a score and a trend.
- 7 · 30 · 100
Streaks that know your schedule
A streak only counts due days. Milestones at 7, 30 and 100.
What’s different
Four moments where habmate counts differently.
Most of what bugs people about habit and training apps was decided by someone. Here’s what we decided.
A missed day
What most apps do:
Your streak drops to zero, and weeks of checks seem to count for nothing.habmate: Mastering counts your green days even with gaps, and Habit Health looks at 7, 30 and 90 days.
Training, running, food
What most apps do:
A separate app for each, with its own account and its own numbers.habmate: One account for every app, and what you do in Gym, Run or Nutrition counts toward your habits in habmate.
Logging twice
What most apps do:
Whatever you did in your workout, you enter again in the habit app.habmate: A workout, a run, a scan or sleep from Apple Health checks off the matching habit by itself.
Working with a coach
What most apps do:
You send screenshots or hand over everything.habmate: You share by area, see every look in your log and can take any permission back instantly.
Your data
You decide who sees what.
Working with a real coach? You share each area separately, and every look they take shows up in your log.
Share by area
Habits, training, endurance and plan, one at a time. Everything else stays private.
Every look logged
What your coach looked at and what they added, with the time.
Revoke instantly
Take a permission back and it stops working that moment.
Endurance as an overview
Weeks and personal bests, but no heart rate and no zones.
Your rhythm
Today counts.
A set, a kilometer, a glass of water: each one moves your ring a little further. Same again tomorrow.
Our principles →- Every set counts.
- Every kilometer counts.
- Scan it. Know it.
- Read it. Keep it.
Who it’s for
What do you want to get better at?
Running, getting stronger, eating better, sticking with it. Start with one thing and the apps for it are already there. Coaches get their own access, and a separate path for brands is in the works.
Find your starting point.
Each goal with the apps that go with it. More, from a first 10K to a morning routine, in the overview.
All goals →- RunnersEvery kilometer counts toward your week and checks off your running habit.
- Strength & gymWeight, reps, check. Then the next set.
- Habits & focusStick with it without dreading the one missed day.
- NutritionYour daily target and what’s actually in the product, without guessing.
- All in oneTraining, running, food and habits in one day that adds it all up.

habmate for coaches →habmate inside your app
habmate’s training, nutrition and endurance features are built so they can later run inside brand apps. With consent, a brand would only see whether its app is used, never habits or health data. None of this has shipped yet.

What is habmate?
A set of apps for getting a little better every day at habits, strength training, running, food and learning. Each area has its own app, and one account works for all of them. What you do in one app can check off a habit in habmate.
When can I start?
The apps aren’t in the stores yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know as soon as you can start.
Can I do challenges with friends?
Yes. Invite people with a link or a six-character code, choose whether you play together, against each other or in teams, and decide what a missed day costs: a restart, a target like 25 out of 30 days, or a joker.
Which devices does habmate run on?
iPhone, Apple Watch and the web. habmate, Gym and Run each have their own watch app. Nutrition runs on iPhone, and on the web as a section inside habmate.
Do I have to use every app?
No. Pick the apps that fit your goal. You can add another one later without signing up again.
What happens to my health data?
habmate reads what fits your habits from Apple Health, such as sleep, steps and weight. Gym and Run write their sessions back to Health, and nothing that came from Health is ever sent back. A coach only sees what you share, and your endurance data only as an overview without heart rate.
Do I have to use the AI coach?
No. The coach doesn’t answer without your consent. If you turn it off again, habmate deletes the conversation, drafts and notes.
Does habmate replace medical advice?
No. habmate helps you keep track of habits, training and food. It doesn’t diagnose anything and isn’t a substitute for medical advice.
A little better every day. On board from day one.
Be there from the start.
We’ll get in touch as soon as you can start. The apps aren’t in the stores yet.
