For all in one

One account for every app comes with the launch. Sign up to hear about it.

Log it once
What one app knows, habmate knows too.
You never log anything twice. Each app reports what happened, and habmate turns it into your day.
- 01
Gym logs the workout.
Three sets of squats, one check per set. When you save, habmate Gym already knows which habit it checks off.
- 02
Run logs the run.
An evening run lands in your week, whether it came from your watch, from Apple Health or was typed in by hand.
- 03
Nutrition keeps the diary.
A scan brings a rating and nutrition facts and fills up your daily target.
- 04
habmate closes the day.
All of it together checks off your habits, and your daily ring turns green.
A full day
Five apps, and you hardly notice.
A Friday when it all comes together.
- 6:30 AM
Today at a glance.
On your wrist the complication shows your daily ring. On your iPhone there’s today’s list: routine, water, workout, reading.
- habmate
- 12:45 PM
A scan at lunch.
The yogurt in the cafeteria gets its rating, the entry lands in your diary, and the nutrition habit is done.

One account, every device
Sign in once, and you’re in everywhere.
Your account works for every app, on iPhone, on your watch and on the web.
Shared sign-in
On iPhone the apps share your sign-in through the keychain. You sign in once.
Apple Health without a button
When you open it, habmate reads from Apple Health, and Gym and Run write their sessions back. Nothing that came from Apple Health is ever sent back to it.
One plan for the week
In habmate you see workouts, runs and habits as one overall plan, instead of five weeks side by side.
Your apps
Each app with its own job.
Each one does one thing. What they share is your account and your day.
- habmateThe day in the middle: habits, routines, daily ring and the overall plan for your week.
- habmate GymStrength training set by set, with a program and personal bests.
- habmate RunRuns and rides, recorded or added by hand, with weekly volume.
- habmate NutritionDaily target, scanning and recipes on iPhone.
- CoachOne coach for every app that knows which one you’re asking from.
Principle · One app per job
Each app does one thing, and they all count toward the same day.
Gym only shows training, Run only runs, Nutrition only food. habmate brings it all together.

Questions about the apps.
Your question isn’t here? On the waitlist you’ll hear from us first.
Do I have to install every app?
No. Take what you need. habmate on its own covers habits and routines, and every other app signs in with the same account.
How do I switch between the apps?
On iPhone they’re separate apps that share one sign-in. On the web you switch with the menu behind the logo.
What if two apps count the same thing?
Numbers like your daily ring, streaks and personal bests are calculated in one place for every app. That’s why every app shows the same number.
For everyone who doesn’t want their day split across five apps.
