For the streak-weary

After a missed day, your progress is still there.

187 days in a row, then the flu, and the number is back at zero. habmate still keeps your streak, but next to it Mastering counts every green day, and that number never goes back down.

After the missed day

What’s still there the day after.

Three days around the moment that used to wipe out a streak.

  1. Monday

    Sick in bed.

Your reading habit stays open today. That’s one open square in your year grid, nothing more.

  2. Tuesday

Your green days are still there.

The habit shows 74 of 100 days toward the next Mastering level, same as on Sunday. A missed day doesn’t take any of them away.

  3. Wednesday

    You’re reading again.

Habit Health has dropped a few points and climbs back with every day, because it’s calculated over 7, 30 and 90 days.

Questions

Questions about streaks.

Want to know how it feels? People on the waitlist get to try it first.

So habmate has no streaks at all?

It does. The streak counts due days in a row and marks 7, 30 and 100. It just isn’t the only number.

What counts as a due day?

A day when the habit was on your schedule. If it’s only due on Mondays, a free Tuesday doesn’t break anything.

Can I lose a Mastering level again?

No. A level you’ve reached stays yours, and your green days stay counted, even after a break.
