- habmate
The first twenty minutes
Done before everyone else gets up.
A weekday, three steps between 6:15 and 6:35 AM.
- 6:15 AM
A glass of water, a check.
The first step of your routine doesn’t need a timer. You tap “Done” and habmate shows the next one.
- habmate
- 6:17 AM
One minute of hip flexors.
The timer counts down while your phone lies on the floor. When time’s up you move to the next step, and the hip flexor stretch is checked off.

- 6:35 AM
The routine is on today’s list.
Back on the overview every step is done, and your daily ring has filled a good way before the day has really started.

Your app
For mornings, habmate is enough.
Bring your watch if you’d rather leave the phone in the other room.
Principle · The same number everywhere
Check it off on your watch and it’s checked on your iPhone.
A step you finish on your wrist counts in the same tally as every other.

Questions about routines.
Your routine looks different? Tell us about it once you’re on the waitlist.
Does every step need a timer?
No. A step can have a duration, and then the timer runs. Without one, you just check it off and move on.
Can I skip a step?
Yes. Routine play has a “Skip” button, and that step stays open for today.
Does the routine run on Apple Watch?
Yes. Your routines sit on the watch next to your daily ring and habits, along with four guided mobility routines.
