For a marathon goal time
Every week works toward your goal time.
When you train for a goal time, kilometers are only part of the picture. sub3 puts load, zones and your week side by side, and habmate Run supplies the runs.
sub3 is a working name and runs on the web today. An iPhone app is planned.

What sub3 shows you during the build.
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday of the same week.
- Mon
The week against its plan.
Every session lists planned and actual kilometers, time and pace. The traffic light shows whether it’s done, and the line below shows who planned it.

The curve says steady.
Your history puts acute load next to chronic load. The ratio becomes one word: building, steady or demanding.

New zones from today.
After a performance test you enter new zones. They apply from today, and everything you ran before keeps its old zones.

- CoachIn sub3 a coach drafts the week and you accept it. A running block in habmate Run ends with a taper before the race.
Principle · The same number everywhere
A new test doesn’t rewrite your history.
Zones are revisions with a valid-from date. Your past weeks keep the zones that applied back then.

Questions about goal times.
sub3 isn’t public yet. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.
Why is sub3 its own brand?
Because it’s built for people who work with load, zones and phases. That keeps the other apps simple.
Is sub3 available on iPhone?
Not yet. sub3 runs on the web today, and an iPhone app is planned.
How does sub3 know about my injuries?
From your athlete profile. That’s where you keep your goal, injury history and test results, and new entries are added instead of overwriting old ones.
For anyone who thinks of a clock time when they think of the marathon.
