For cycling

Every ride counts toward your week.

Biking to work, a longer loop on the weekend: that’s endurance too, even if it isn’t a run. In habmate Run every ride sits next to your other sessions.

A commuting week

Despite the name, habmate Run handles cycling and other sports as well as running.

A commuting week

On the bike twice a day, with nothing to log.

Five workdays, and the bike waits in the hallway.

  1. 7:45 AM

    The ride to work.

Your watch or a cycling app saves the ride to Apple Health. Next time you open habmate Run, it’s there as a cycling session.

    • Run
  2. 5:30 PM

    The long way home.

The ride home comes in from Strava. If it already arrived through Apple Health, the app notices and counts it once.

    • Run
  3. 8:00 PM

    The endurance habit is done.

In habmate, “Move five days a week” already shows as done for today, and you didn’t tap a thing.

Principle · You never log anything twice

One habit for endurance, whatever you do.

The endurance habit counts runs and rides the same. Switch from running to cycling and you keep the same habit.

Questions

Questions from cyclists.

You only ride and never run? habmate Run still takes your rides.

Can I record rides with my iPhone?

habmate Run is built for recording runs. Rides come in most easily through Apple Health or Strava, or you can add them by hand.

Are there personal bests for cycling?

No. Personal bests in habmate Run are for running: 5K, 10K, half marathon, longest run and biggest week.

Can I import older rides?

Yes, as GPX files. They land in the week you rode them.
